Court No. - 54 HON'BLE DINESH PATHAK, J. 1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Standing Counsel representing State-respondents and perused the record on board. 2. This writ petition has been filed, inter alia, for the following relief: "a. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the Deputy Director of Consolidation, Azamgarh to decide the Restoration Case No.1937/2019, Ram Dayal vs Sitaram, under section 48(1) U.P.C.H. Act'1953 pending in his court since 23.12.2019 expeditiously preferably within stipulated period so that the justice may be done; otherwise the petitioner shall suffer irreparable loss and injury." 3. It has been submitted that the aforementioned matter is pending consideration for a substantial period of time; however, no efforts are being made to get the same decided expeditiously. 4. Learned Standing Counsel has no objection, in case, a direction is issued for early disposal
