Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned counsel for the private respondents and learned Standing Counsel for the State respondents. 2. Perusal of the record reveals that all the three Consolidation Courts have discarded the claim of the present petitioners over the plot number 410/34 and 410/35 on the ground that the suit for specific performance, being O.S No. 342, has been decided in favour of the Randheer Singh (respondent no. 23) vide judgement and decree dated 4.12.2010. 3. In pursuance of the decree passed by the civil court, possession has been delivered to the Randheer Singh (the decree holder) on 4.4.2020. Respondent no. 23 is still in the possession of the property in question and the present petitioners have no concerned with the property in question i.e. plot no. 410/34 and 410/35. 5.
