Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned Standing Counsel representing State-respondents and perused the record on board. 2. This writ petition has been filed, inter alia, for the following relief: "(a) To, issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent no.2 to expedite the restoration application no.0001 of 2025 Computerized case No. 202554142960100001 (Mahendra and other Vs. Ramji and others), under section 12 of U.P.C.H. Act, pending before respondent no.2, within stipulated period." 3.
