Gupta, learned Standing Counsel for the State-respondents and Mr. Azad Rai, learned counsel for the respondent- Gaon Sabha. 2. The instant petition has been filed for mandamus directing the respondent no.1/ Board of Revenue to decide the Second Appeal No.1288 of 2025 (Gulab Kali vs. Ganeshi Lal and others) within stipulated period. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the aforementioned second appeal filed by Gulab Kali impleading the petitioner as opposite party no.2 arising out of proceeding of Suit under Section 116 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 is pending before respondent no.1/ Board of Revenue, U.P. Prayagraj since 1.4.2025. He placed certified copy of the order sheet of the pending proceeding which demonstrate that second appeal has not been admitted but record of the trial Court / first appella
