Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned standing counsel. In Re : Civil Misc. Withdrawal Application No.6 of 2025 2. The instant withdrawal application has been moved on behalf of the petitioners supported by affidavit of Sachidanand Singh (petitioner no.1/1). 3. Sri Awdhesh Rai, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that in the changed circumstances petitioners do not want to press the instant writ petition, therefore, instant withdrawal application may be allowed and the writ petition may be dismissed as withdrawn. 4.
