Heard Sri Sudhir Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the writ petitioners and Sri V.K. Srivastava, learned Standing Counsel for the State. 2. The writ petitioners claim to be members of Prantiya Rakshak Dal as Volunteers. According to them, they have completed requisite training but they have not been allocated work. 3. Learned Standing Counsel submits that the claim of the writ petitioners needs adjudication at the first instance by third respondent, District Youth Welfare & Prantiya Rakshak Dal Officer, District Banda. 4.
