Heard Sri Sageer Ahmad, learned counsel for the writ petitioner and Sri Manish Kumar, learned Standing Counsel for the State. 2. The grievance of the writ petitioner is that he is a retired soldier from Army. He claims to be accorded joining on the post of Security Guard in Community Health Centre, Barkhera, District Pilibhit as per the order dated 17.06.2025 passed by Uttar Pradesh Ex Service Men Welfare Corporation. 3. Sri Manish Kumar, learned Standing Counsel as per instructions submits that the claim of the writ petitioner shall be decided by the third respondent, Chief Medical Officer, District Bareilly. 4.
