Learned counsel for the writ petitioner seeks to withdraw the present writ petition, wherein prayer is (i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing/commanding the respondents to appoint the petitioner as regular employee in the District Horticulture Department, District- Varanasi on the basis of the services provided by the petitioner as a Daily wager since (Mali) since 2019; (ii) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing/commanding the respondents to decide the representation made by the petitioner before the District Horticulture Officer, District- Varanasi for appointment of petitioner as a regular employee in the District Horticulture Department, District- Varanasi; (iii) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing/commanding the respondent no.2 to provide the muster roll of the petitioner in order to ascertain the
