And 7 Others .....Respondent(s) Counsel for Petitioner(s) : Komal Prasad Maurya Counsel for Respondent(s) : C.S.C. Court No. - 33 HON'BLE VIKAS BUDHWAR, J. 1. The present writ petition has been filed with the following relief: "(i) issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Certiorari quashing the impugned order dated 20.9.2025 passed by Respondent No.7 and order dated 8.12.2025 passed by Respondent No.6 (Annexure Nos. 1 and 2 to the writ petition). (ii) issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus directing the respondent authorities to pay the salary to petitioner month to month regularly from time to time. (iii) issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus directing the respondent authorities to pay the arrears of the salary to petitioner as and when due." 2. Sri Komal Prasad Maurya, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to file afresh with better particulars. 3. Learned Standing Counsel has no objection to the same. 4. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn
