A case of the writ petitioner is that he retired as Senior Medical Consultant on 06.06.2022, though there happens to be an order sanctioning the payment of G.P.F and other pentionary benefits but till date the amount has not been disbursed. 3. Learned Standing Counsel submits that the claims of the writ petitioner need examination at the first instance by the Director General Medical and Health U.P. at Lucknow, Respondent No.2. 4.
