Moreover, as the judgment passed by the writ court in Writ-A No.9881 of 2023 [Sudeep Shukla & Ors. vs. State of U.P. & Ors.] has been set aside today itself in connected Special Appeal No.21 of 2026 [State of U.P. & Ors. vs. Sudeep Shukla & Ors.] and the writ petition has been restored for reconsideration, therefore, we see no reason to entertain this appeal.
