Heard Ms. Isha Mittal, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel for the appellants and Shri Umesh Pratap Singh alongwith Shri Shobh Nath Pandey, learned counsel appearing for the respondents. 2. By means of the instant intra court appeal, the appellants challenge the judgment and order dated 02.08.2024 passed by the learned Single Judge in Writ-A No.2846 of 1992 whereby the writ petition preferred by the private respondents was allowed with a direction to the appellants to pay the arrears of salary to the writ petitioners within a period of two months, from the date a certified copy of order was produced before the concerned Authority. 3.
