The applicant/accused seeks anticipatory bail in case FIR No. 508/2025 of Police Station Sangam Vihar for offence under Section 33 of Delhi Excise Act 2009, under Section 78 of JJ Act 2015 and under Section 95/112 of BNS 2023. 2.
