Heard Sri Aman Kumar Srivastava, the learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri Varun Pandey, the learned Central Govt. Counsel appearing on behalf of opposite parties no.5, 6 and 7 (North-Eastern Railways), Sri Dhiraj Ojha, the learned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of the State and perused the material on record. 2. By means of the instant petition filed in public interest the petitioner has sought issuance of a direction for removal of encroachment made on the land bearing Gata No.330, measuring 22.6380 hectare, situated at Village Daulatpur Bhira, Tehsil Paliya, District Kheri, which is recorded as railway land. 3. On the basis of written instructions provided by Tehsildar, Paliya, Kheri the learned Standing Counsel has informed the court that a team has been constituted for identification and demarcation of the
