This petition was filed way back in the year 2020 being aggrieved by non maintenance/repairing of certain tubewells operating in District Sitapur. None appears to press the present public interest litigation. If the cause still survives, let the petitioner approach the Engineer in Chief, Irrigation and Water Resources, U.P, Lucknow pointing out the specific instances of non maintenance/non repair of many tubewells, whereupon he shall get the enquiry conducted and shall do the needful for ensuring proper functioning of such tubewells at the earliest.
