Petitioner counsel says that there is a 'chakmarg' existing in the map running through Gata No. 363 but on the spot there is no such chakmarg. He also prays that a 'khadanja' be constructed on the ' chakmarg'. 3. Let the petitioner approach the S.D.M. concerned along with an application raising his grievance in this regard, who shall get the matter inquired as to whether in the revenue map and records a chakmarg is shown, as claimed by the petitioner, if so, whether it exists on the spot or not, If not, then some demarcation exercise will have to take place as to the chakmarg, only thereafter, the chakmarg or khadanja thereo
