By means of the instant petition filed in public interest the petitioner has sought issuance of a direction to comply with the order dated 30.08.2025 passed by the Tehsildar (Judicial), Tarabganj, Gonda under Section 67 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 for removal of encroachment from gata no. 375 measuring 0.003 hectare and gata no. 575G measuring 0.005 hectare situated at Bakiyapur, P.O. Devarda Diksir, District Gonda. 3. On the basis of written instructions provided by the Tehsildar, Tarabganj, Gonda, the learned Standing Counsel has informed that against the order dated 30.08.2025,
