This petition, in public interest, has been filed by the petitioner seeking a direction to respondent no.4 to complete the construction of RCC Road from DPS School to the Plot of Hari Ram under the Scheme of Chief Minister Nagar Srajan Yojna, situated at Village Dakahi, Tehsil Lambhua, District Sultanpur over Chak Marg Gata No. 331. 2. By order dated 22.01.2026, time was granted to the counsel appearing for the State to obtain instructions in the matter. 3. Learned Standing Counsel has produced instructions inter alia indicating that the land of the Chak Marg in question has been demarcated and the same is lying vacant and there is no encroachment over the same. 4.
