This petition, purportedly in public interest, has been filed by the petitioner seeking removal of illegal encroachment made by respondent no. 4 over the public pathway situated at Mohalla Krishna Nagar, Kydganj, Prayagraj. 2. A perusal of the petition indicates that except for cursory representation and an indication made in IGRS that for lack of any road and clarity about its width, the encroachment cannot be removed, no material worth the name has been placed on record to substantiate the allegations made in the petition/to claim that respondent no.4 is in encroachment over the road in question. 3.
