Heard Ms. Archana Shukla, Advocate holding brief of Shri Mulayam Singh Yadav, the learned counsel for the petitioner and Shri Vikas Rai, the learned Standing Counsel for the State of U.P. 2. By means of the instant petition filed in public interest, the petitioner has sought issuance of a direction for removal of encroachment over land bearing Gata Nos.493/0.0320 hectare and 495/0.0550 hectare situated at Village- Shivpur Mahanth, Tehsil-Utraula, Balrampur. 3. On the basis of written instructions provided by Tehsildar, Utraula, the learned Standing Counsel has stated that the encroachment has already been removed. 4. A copy of written instructions is taken on record. 5. The learned counsel for the petitioner does not dispute the statement made in the written instructions. 6. As the petitioner's grievance stands redressed,
