This petition, purportedly in public interest, has been filed by the petitioner seeking a direction to respondent no. 3/District Magistrate, Bahraich to decide the representation made by him and ensure that the guidelines contained in annexure-1 pertaining to selection of examination centre, are followed. 2. The petitioner has claimed himself to be a social worker and has produced documents inter-alia indicating allotment of examination centres and various documents pertaining to the same. 3. When queries were put in relation to the credentials of the petitioner, submissions were made that he is social worker, however, occupation indicated in the affidavit is private job. 4.
