By means of the instant writ petition filed in public interest, the petitioner has sought issuance of a direction to the opposite parties for ensuring compliance of numerous orders passed, two of which were passed on 27.01.2021, eleven in the year 2022 and two in the year 2025, under Section 67 of U.P. Revenue Code. 3. On the basis of written instructions, learned counsel for the petitioner states that after a receipt of notice of the writ petition, notices have been issued to 16 persons against whom dispossession orders have been passed.
