By means of the instant writ petition filed in public interest the petitioner has challenged the validity of a decision taken by the District Magistrate, Balrampur on 18.11.2025 whereby the nature of use of two lands bearing Gata No.544 Min. and Gata No.640 Min. have been interchanged between naveen parti and khalihan and thereafter a new panchayat bhawan is being constructed on land bearing Gata No.640. 3.
