Petitioner herein seeks quashing of FIR No. 213/2023 dated 05.05.2023, registered at Police Station Tilak Nagar, for commission of offences under Sections 354(A)/509/506 IPC, along with all consequential proceedings arising therefrom, on the basis of compromise arrived at between the parties. 2. Petitioner and respondent no. 2 were, earlier, working in the same school. However, on account of some temperamental differences, complaints were filed by both of them against each other.
