By virtue of the present application under Section 483 read with Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 20231, the applicant, namely Nazma seeks grant of regular bail in proceedings arising out of FIR No.05/2025 registered at Police Station Jahangir Puri, Delhi under Sections 21/25 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 19852. 2.
