Petitioners herein seek quashing of FIR No. 0166/2024 dated 24.03.2024, registered at P.S. Jahangir Puri, Delhi, under Sections 498A, 406, 34 IPC, along with all consequential proceedings arising therefrom, on the basis of compromise arrived at between the parties. 2. The marriage between complainant (respondent No.2 herein) and Rakesh Kumar Jatav (since deceased) was solemnized on 08.11.2022, as per Hindu rites and ceremonies. 3. However, due to certain temperamental differences, the parties started living separately. 4. On account of matrimonial discord, a complaint was lodged by respondent No.2, which resulted into registration of abovesaid FIR. 5. Both the parties have agreed to part ways in a graceful manner. 6.
