Learned Counsel for State accepts notice and submits that State has no serious objection to grant of parole for one week only because the reason for which parole is sought is that the petitioner wants to file SLP against his conviction and sentence. 3. Nominal Rolls reflect that as against awarded rigorous imprisonment of 10 years, the petitioner has already spent 04 years 06 months and few days in jail.
