Ms. Gunjan Yadav, Advocate has filed her vakalatnama on behalf of the respondent nos.4 and 5 today in Court is taken on record. 2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned A.G.A. for the State, Ms. Gunjan Yadav, learned counsel for the respondent nos.4 and 5 and perused the record. 3. At the very outset, learned A.G.A. has pointed out that during investigation in the instant case, certain other sections have been added. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner could not dispute the aforesaid facts and states that he does not want to press the writ petition and seeks to withdraw it with liberty to file fresh petition with better particulars. 5. In view of the statement made, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with aforesaid liberty. 6. Certified copy of the documents, if any, be returned back as per rules.
