Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record. 2. The instant writ petition seeks quashing of the FIR dated 10.3.2025, giving rise to Case Crime No. 272 of 2025, under Sections 319(2), 318(4), 338, 336(3), 340(2) of B.N.S., Police Station- Kotwali, District- Deoria. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that from the allegation made in the first information report, prima facie no offence, complained of, is disclosed against the petitioner. 4. Per contra, learned AGA has vehemently opposed the said prayer and has submitted that on the basis of fake living certificate, the arrears of pension was being received by the petitioner though the pensioner has already passed away.
