HON'BLE ACHAL SACHDEV, J. 1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record. 2. At the very outset, Shri Vishal Vishwakarma, holding brief of Shri Sunil Kumar Yadav, learned counsel for the petitioners has made a statement at the Bar that in the instant case, investigation has already been concluded and the charge-sheet has also been submitted against the petitioners. 3. In view thereof, learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that he does not want to press this writ petition and seeks to withdraw it with liberty to approach the appropriate forum at appropriate stage. 4.
