Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned AGA for the State and perused the record. 2. The instant writ petition has been filed by the petitioner for the following reliefs:- "(i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents nos.2 and 3 to ensure the fair investigation of FIR/Case Crime No.0795 of 2025, under sections 64, 351(3) of BNS and section 67 of I.T. Act, Police Station Kasganj, District Kasganj as well as making arrest of accused person. (ii) Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent no.2 to transfer the investigation of the FIR/Case Crime No.0795 of 2025, under sections 64, 351(3) of BNS and section 67 of I.T. Act, Police Station Kasganj, District Kasganj to another investigating agency or conduct proper investigation. (iii) Issue any other writ, order or direction, which
