Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record. 2. At the very outset, learned A.G.A. has pointed out that investigation in the instant case has already been concluded and final report has been submitted in favour of the petitioners. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioners could not dispute the aforesaid facts and states that he does not want to press the writ petition and seeks to withdraw it. 4.
