Sri Prince Kumar Srivastava, has filed vakalatnama as well as short counter affidavit on behalf of respondent nos. 3 and 4 today in the Court which is taken on record. 2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned A.G.A. for the State, Sri Prince Kumar Srivastava, learned counsel for the respondent nos. 3 and 4 and perused the record. 3. At the very outset, learned A.G.A. has pointed out that investigation in the instant case has already been concluded in the year 2017 and charge-sheet has been submitted against the petitioners. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioners could not dispute the aforesaid facts but states that he does not want to press the writ petition and seeks to withdraw it with liberty to approach the appropriate forum at the appropriate stage. 5.
