Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record. 2. The instant writ petition seeks quashing of the FIR dated 9.12.2025 giving rise to Case Crime No. 0361 of 2025, under Section 3/5A/8, 5 of Uttar Pradesh Prevention of Cow Slaughter Act and Section 11 of Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act, 1960, Police Station- Chandauli, District-Chandauli. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that from the allegation made in the first information report, prima facie no offence, complained of, is disclosed against the petitioner and, as such, the impugned first information report is liable to be quashed. 4.
