Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to implead "Commissioner of Police, Prayagraj" as respondent no. 11 in the array of parties in the writ petition during the course of the day. 2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record. 3. The instant writ petition has been filed by the petitioner for the following reliefs :- "I. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent no.2 and 3 to investigate (fair, impartial and expeditiously investigation) of Case Crime No. 334 of 2025, under Sections 103(1), 351(3) B.N.S., Police Station- Karchhana, District- Yamunanagar (Commissionerate Prayagraj). II. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent no.2 and 3 to arrest the respondent nos. 4 to 10 in Case Crime No. 334 of 202
