Heard learned counsel for the applicant, Ms. Sanju Yadav, learned counsel holding brief of Sri Shivajee Srivastava, learned counsel for the informant, learned A.G.A for the State and perused the record. 2. It has been argued by learned counsel for the applicant that the applicant is innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. He further submits that the victim is aged about 18-19 years and that there are material contradiction in the statements of the victim recorded under Sections 180 and 183 of B.N.S.S., which itself demonstrates the falsity of allegations against the applicant. Several other submissions in order to demonstrate the falsity of the allegations made against the applicant have also been placed before the Court.
