Court No. - 65 HON'BLE DR. GAUTAM CHOWDHARY, J. 1. Heard learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Chandan Singh, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record. 2. The present application has been moved on behalf of the applicant Shabnam seeking anticipatory bail in Case Crime No. 300 of 2023, under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 I.P.C., Police Station Kosi Kalan, District Mathura with the prayer that in the event of arrest, applicant may be released on bail. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant contends that the applicant has been falsely implicated in the instant case. Allegations levelled against the applicant are false. It is further submitted that the job was offered to the present applicant in the year 2006 whereas the F.I.R. was lodged in the year 2023. It is also submitted that no irregularity or fraud was found by the concerned department regarding the forged transfer certificate and the F.I.R. was lodged by the
