Petitioner is aggrieved by the issuance of summon/notice dated 07.01.2026 by the Office of Commissioner of Police, Ludhiana, Punjab under Section 179 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS), 2023 (corresponding Section 160 Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973) 2. Petitioner is a resident of Delhi and submits that the abovesaid notice could not have been issued as the petitioner is not a resident of State of Punjab. 3.
