The present petition has been pressed with the following relief: "(i) issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing the impugned summons/notices dated 30.03.2026, 20.02.2026, 02.06.2025, 29.05.2025 & 14.08.2025 issued under Section 70 of the CGST Act, 2017 (Annexure-2, 3, 4, 5 & 5-A). (ii) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to forthwith de-seal the petitioner's business premises situated at 331, Avas Vikas Colony, Sikandra, Agra, and permit access thereto in presence of the petitioner or his authorized representative, inasmuch as the petitioner had
