Heard Shri Vedika Nath, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Ankur Agarwal, learned Standing Counsel for the State. 2. Present petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "A. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing the impugned order dated 28.08.2025 (Annexure No. 1) passed by respondent no. 2. B. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing the show cause notice dated 18.08.2025 (Annexure No. 2." 3. When the petition was taken up as a fresh case on 10.04.2026, we made the following observations: "1. It is plain that the cancellation of the registration dated 09.06.2025 was revoked on 18.08.2025.
