This Court on 07.04.2026 has passed the following order which reads as under:- "Heard Ms. Mohitma Badkur, leaned counsel appearing for the petitioner under the authority of Sri Shashank Shekhar Mishra, Advocate. The petitioner has instituted the instant petition assailing the ex- parte award dated 03.10.2022. The submission of learned counsel for the petitioner appears to be that the petitioner never filed any claim before the respondent no. 3 at Shahjahanpur. It is urged that an ex-parte award has been passed and it is at a later stage when the petitioner became aware, she has instituted the instant petition assailing the said order on the ground of impersonation and that of territorial jurisdiction.
