The petitioner by means of present writ petition has prayed for the following relief:- "(i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent no. 2 and 3 to issue the passport in favour of the petitioner in pursuance of online application file no. LK1066761063222 reference no.ARN: 22-0009794966 applied before concerned authority, within stipulated period fixed by this Hon'ble Court. 3. The petitioner has applied for issue of passport.
