This is a writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, wherein the writ petitioner has made the following main prayer:- "(i) to issue writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing and commanding the opposite parties to provide police security / gunner in the light of government order dated 09.05.2014 contained as Annexure No. 4 to the writ petition pursuant to which the reports have already been submitted by the Sub-Inspectors, Kumarganj, Ayodhya, within some reasonable time." 3.
