Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent Nos.1 & 2 and learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent No.3. 2. The petitioner, by means of the present writ petition, has prayed for the following relief:- "(i) Issue a writ, order and direction in the nature of Mandamus directing the respondent no.2/Regional Passport Officer, Regional Passport Office Complex, Vipin Khand, Gomti Nagar, Lucknow to issue the Passport in favour of the petitioner within stipulated time as fixed by this Hon'ble Court. (ii) Issue a writ, order and direction in the nature of mandamus directing the Passport Authority to pass appropriate order on the online application of the petitioner within stipulated period of time. 3.
