Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri Manav Chaurasiya, learned counsel for the Union of India and the learned Standing Counsel for the State. 2. The petitioner by means of present writ petition has prayed for the following relief:- "A. Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of Mandamus directing the respondent no.3/4 to re-issue passport (renewal) in favour of the petitioner as early as possible within stipulated period. B. Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of Mandamus directing the respondent no. 5 not to make impediment in making verification for the passport of petitioner on account of the first information report in Case Crime No. 116 of 202
