This writ petition has been filed, inter alia, seeking the following reliefs: "i) Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing the impugned order dated 17.10.2025 passed by the respondent no. 4 (contained as Annexure No., 1 to this writ petition). ii) Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding/ directing the respondent authority to ensure/pay the arrears of salary to the petitioner for the post of Incharge-Officiating Principal in lieu of his duties performed by him Incharge/Officiating Principal from 1.7.2015 as to 31.3.2022 with suitable interest as fixed by this Hon'ble Court and also to pay all the consequential benefits accordingly, forthwith or within stipulated period as fixed by this Hon'ble Court." 3.
