Modification In Order Application No. 2/2026 1. Heard Sri B.D. Mishra, Advocate holding brief of Sri Ashutosh Shukla, learned counsel for applicant-petitioner and Sri Abhinav Ojha, learned counsel for DUDA, Jhansi. 2. This Court has passed following order in writ on 25.03.2026 :- "1. Heard Sri Ashutosh Shukla, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri R. Mishra, holding brief of Sri Abhinav Ojha, learned counsel for the respondents. 2. According to learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner is employed through outsourcing by respondent no.5 and now he has been transferred vide order dated 22.1.2026, by the respondent no.3 from Jhansi to Hathras, however, he is still not relieved, therefore, he is not able to join at transferred place i.e. Hathras. 3.
