By this petition, the petitioner has prayed for quashing of the impugned transfer order dated 28.02.2026, contained in Annexure No. 1 to the writ petition. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that the representation submitted by the petitioner in compliance of the order dated 20.06.2025 passed in Writ-A No. 479 of 2026 has been rejected by means of the impugned order dated 28.02.2026, contained in Annexure No. 1. It is contended that the said order has been passed without due application of mind, inasmuch as the opposite parties have proceeded on an erroneous presumption that the petitioner’s husband would have retired on 31.04.2025 upon attaining the age of superannuation.
