By way of the present amendment application, amendment has been sought in the array of the parties insofar as the respondent no. 3 is concerned while deleting Additional Police Commissioner, Lucknow while substituting it with U.P. Police, Headquarter through D.I.G. of Police (Establishment), Prayagraj. 2. Since there is no objection to the amendment application, the same is allowed. In Re: Civil Misc. Correction Application No. 2 of 2026 3.
