By means of the present writ petition, the petitioner has prayed for the following reliefs: (i) issue a writ, order or direction ijn the nature of Mandamus commanding the opposite parties particularly the opposite party no.4 to make payment of salary to the petitioner on the post of Assistant Teacher (Sahityacharya) w.e.f. 24.12.2004 regularly each and every month alongwith arrears of salary. (ii) issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding the opposite parties to make payment of salary alongwith interest per annum.
